I’m Trish Allen, and I am a fierce advocate for adults with autism and diverse needs. I have dedicated my life to nonprofit work, and helping people who have developmental disabilities is my passion. My 30+ years of service includes work with The Arc of Ventura County and New Horizons in San Fernando Valley. I’ve managed the second largest supported employment program in California, building relationships with agencies and people across the state. Working directly with families and individuals living with special needs gave me a unique insight in helping our population become more independent and social.
Hello! I have been around this community for most of my life and truly enjoy helping where I can. Math and organization have always come easy to me, so ensuring everything is accounted for and running smoothly is second nature to me. I look forward to keeping your adventures on track!
I am an entrepreneur and podcast host with over 25 years experience coaching youth baseball and football, but my true passion is to serve my autistic adults as their life coach and personal trainer.
My work emphasizes structure, autonomy, and long-term quality of life. I have 1 son (Isaiah).
